TRAIL: Pick up map from the start box in vistior center. This year the trail is marked with yellow SEASONAL VOLKSWALK Signs. It is a beautiful trail through the trees to the the lake and back. There is one short distance where the walk is on the park roadways.
CREDIT: This is a credit only walk ($3.00).
MISCELLANEOUS: There is a parking vehicle fee of $4.00 is payable at the Visitor Center
DIRECTIONS: US 95 north or south to Athol, Idaho...at the light east on ID 54 for 4 miles to Farragut State Park. (This is approximately 20 miles north of Coeur d'Alene)
